Why You Should Not Fold the Cover

When you fold a cover, you have no choice but to lift it and place it on a dolly or handcart. While this may initially be cost efficient, it is very awkward to handle a large section of cover this way, not to mention the backbreaking work. Worse, the cover will end up with permanent creases from repeated folding. Last, but not least, the cover will no longer lay flat, which may create the hazard of tripping.

Low Cost Alternative

Should storage space or budget limitations not allow for a new and improved Ultima Series CoverMate II handling system, we recommend our original Master Series CoverMate I rack. There are also manual roller tubes to store and install the cover.  This is a cost effective way of eliminating the problems associated with folding.
