All Covermaster Ultima and Master Series gym floor covers are designed to give you years of trouble free service.  However, to maximize the life of your cover, we highly recommend that you follow a regular cleaning schedule.

Beyond this type of maintenance, special repair kits are available should the cover require minor repairs.  Simply follow the instructions included with the kit. Cover repair kits can be ordered directly from Covermaster.

Your Covermaster gym floor cover is easily cleaned using our CleanMate Anti-Static Cleaner. After each use of the cover all loose debris should be removed using the CoverClean brush system or manually by sweeping the cover with a broom or dry mop.

Any stubborn stains can be removed with most types of commercial cleaners.  Use CleanMate cleaning solution, specifically designed for your gym floor cover for the best results. Since all Covermaster covers are treated to resist mildew and fungus, spilled liquids and foods are not a problem. Simple cleaning and drying is all that you need to do to keep your cover in top condition for many, many years.

Before And After Each Use:

Gym Floor Covers

• Cover sections shall be inspected for visible damage, i.e. cuts, tears or burns. ALL damaged areas should be repaired.
  
• Cover sections shall be swept and spills damp mopped after every use.
  
• Regular washing can be carried out to remove surface residue from the cover sections. Lukewarm or cold water with CleanMate Anti-Static detergent should be used. Varsol may be used on tough spots, provided affected area is washed with soap and water immediately afterwards. Always remove excess water to prevent water staining.
  
• Care must be exercised when installing or removing cover sections to ensure that no product damage occurs.

Mobile Storage Rack

• Ensure all bolts and nuts on the rack system are secure and that rollers easily rotate without obstruction in the bearing housing assemblies.
  
• All casters should be lubricated as required and kept free of excessive dirt.
  
• All locks shall be inspected to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  
• Only intended product shall be stored on storage rack system.
  
• Optional power winder shall be inspected to ensure lubrication fittings are secure and power cord is in proper repair for safe operation.
  
• Optional power winder shall always be stored in protective case provided and shall only be used on intended storage rack system.
  
• All tape dispensers shall be inspected to ensure all screws are tight and that unit is in proper working condition.
  
• Store indoors and maintain proper humidity levels in building to reduce static electricity buildup.
  
• Use storage cover to protect your CoverMate rack and rolled up covers from dust, sunlight and moisture.
